Refund and Return Policy
At Spark, we take pride in the quality of our products. Our return policy is strictly limited to cases where the product is defective. You have 24 hours after receiving your item to request a return or refund only if the product is defective.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be defective.
- The item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.
- You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note: Returns for reasons other than product defects will not be accepted.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return due to a defect, please contact us here. Once your return is approved, our delivery service will contact you to arrange the collection of your package. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it. If the product is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-returnable Items
We do not accept returns for custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items) or hazardous materials. Please reach out if you have any concerns about your specific order.
We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
We only offer exchanges if the product is defective. You can request an exchange by following the return procedure. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Same-day Cancellation
You can cancel your order on the same day it was placed, for any reason, without justification. Please provide your receipt or proof of purchase to initiate the cancellation.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued for defective products. Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow some additional time for processing and posting.
